INTRODUCTION (draft)
1. Recent genocide in Burma has shown the world for the second time (1988 & 2007), about the Burmese tyrant's major abuse of law and power and systematic killings.
2. Using iIrrational unethical laws to manage a nation is a typical nature of tyrants. However unethnical the laws are, their lawless activities have showed that they themselves are disobeying their own laws, practicing "anarchy" in the country.
3. In what ever bad situation it was, it is absolutely forbidden to attack monasteries, medical staffs, children, prisoners of war, and clergymen, according to the Geneva Convention (which once Myanmar signed).
4. Ruthless acts of communistic atheists under Than Shwe has proven that "anarchism" has emerged in this nation with no genuine law-enforcement body in existance, thus sending UN or other law-enforcement troops to Burma is vitally necessary now.
6. For all those reasons, citizens of the world who desires "self administration and democracy, hereby
Demands to send UN or any genuine law-enforcement troops to dispatched to Burma as soon as possible
File an official law suit against Than Shwe who is masterminding a genocide in Burma, along with reports on violation of so many laws and UN conventions. (See Endnote 7)
